1. Introduction
This Mibaa User Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the Mibaa application (hereinafter referred to as "Mibaa"). By downloading, installing, or using Mibaa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the provisions contained herein. If you do not consent to any part of this Agreement, please cease using Mibaa immediately.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To use Mibaa, you must be of legal age as specified by the laws in your country or region, and in no event shall you be younger than 17 years old. Mibaa Team (the "Team") reserves the right to verify users' ages. If it is determined that you do not meet the age requirement, your access to Mibaa may be suspended or terminated. By using Mibaa, you confirm and guarantee that you satisfy these eligibility criteria and possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. Privacy Practices
Mibaa Team is dedicated to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy provides a detailed explanation of the types of personal data we collect, as well as how we store, process, and share such information. Your use of Mibaa indicates your acceptance of the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy. We strongly advise you to carefully review the Privacy Policy to gain a clear understanding of how your data is handled.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with Mibaa, including but not limited to the application's source code, user interface layouts, logos, trademarks, and all content accessible through Mibaa, are the sole and exclusive property of Mibaa Team. You are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and restricted license to use Mibaa solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Any unauthorized use, duplication, distribution, or alteration of Mibaa's intellectual property is strictly forbidden.
5. Restricted Activities
When using Mibaa, you agree not to engage in the following behaviors:
· Violate any applicable laws, rules, or international conventions.
· Upload, post, or transmit any content that is abusive, libelous, unlawful, or encourages harmful conduct.
· Access Mibaa through any automated tools, such as robots or scrapers, without obtaining prior written approval from Mibaa Team.
· Try to disrupt the security or functionality of Mibaa, including actions like hacking, reverse-engineering, or bypassing security measures.
· Pretend to be another individual or entity while using Mibaa.
6. Account Safety and Administration
You are accountable for ensuring the security of your Mibaa account. You should select a unique and robust password and must not share your account details with any third party. Mibaa Team shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your account information. Mibaa Team reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account if it has reason to suspect any unauthorized access or breach of this Agreement.
7. Modifications to the Agreement
Mibaa Team retains the right to revise this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to you via in-app messages or email. It is your responsibility to review the updated Agreement on a regular basis. Your continued use of Mibaa after the changes become effective shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Mibaa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Mibaa Team does not warrant that Mibaa will be free from errors, operate without interruption, or be immune from security vulnerabilities. Under no circumstances shall Mibaa Team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Mibaa, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other financial losses.
